- The player has the possibility to report the dates until the 5th day of the previous month until 13:00, i.e. that in the case of applications for the month of February, the player has time to submit applications until January 5, 1:00 p.m. Within the next 5 days, nominations will be announced by the organizer, i.e. that by January 10, the player will receive the dates for the month of February.
- After confirmation of participation by the organizer, the player is obliged to participate in the tournament - The player has the right to cancel participation in the tournament only in case of serious injury or illness accompanied by a medical certificate of inability to participate in the tournament. Injury or illness must be reported to the TTSTAR series organizers without delay
- Before participating in the series, each player is required to sign a professional contract for participation in TTSTAR tournaments, which is concluded for a period of 1 calendar year
- Each player of the tournament is rewarded according to the financial key in the "Prize money" section
- Prize money is paid after the end of the tournament in cash or by bank transfer
- The player is obliged and undertakes not to bet on any match of the TTSTAR series. This regulation applies to all matches and tournaments, even if the player is not currently starting in them. The player is also obliged to ensure that family members, friends, etc. do not bet on the TTSTAR series and all matches of the series. In case of violation of this regulation, the player faces a fine of up to 1,000,000 CZK (one million Czech crowns) applied.
- Each tournament lasts two days. Matches follow one another with a 3-minute break + 2 minutes to play. The first four matches of the day have 10 minutes to play.
- 8 professional players start at each tournament
- At each tournament, players earn ranking points. 8th place = 1st place 8 points, 2nd place 7 points etc. from which the average is then calculated. The best 6 players of the whole year will have a chance to compete in the final tournament called GRAND FINAL with 500 000 CZK (~21,000 EUR) prize money. Two places will be awarded in the form of a "Wild Card", i.e. that the organizer will select two players who achieve the qualities of the best players and at the same time meet other parameters such as combativeness and overall commitment in the past year. The GRAND FINAL nomination ranking is automatically calculated based on the average of a player's best up to 20 results per year.
- Each player has to play at least 10 tournaments to qualify to the GRAND FINAL tournaments, except the players nominated based on wild card
- One player can play a maximum of 50% of the total tournaments per year, except for emergencies, border closures for foreign players, etc.
- The organizer reserves the right for the final decision on the nomination for the GRAND FINAL tournament
Prize money – reward system:
The total prize money in each tournament is up to 87,000 CZK (82,000 CZK + 5,000 CZK bonus for winning the tournament without defeat). If the player wins all matches in the tournament, the prize is CZK 28,000.
- Each player receives CZK 3,000 for participating in the tournament
- For each victory in the group, the player receives CZK 1,000
- The player will receive CZK 3,500 for advancing to the semi-finals
- For winning the semi-final, the player will receive CZK 4,500
- For winning the match for 3rd place, the player will receive CZK 2,000
- For winning the final, the player will receive CZK 5,000
- A player who wins the tournament undefeated will receive a bonus item of CZK 5,000
The GRAND FINAL tournament prize money is 500 000 CZK (~21,000 EUR)
- First place 185 000 CZK (~7,800 EUR)
- Second place 95 000 CZK (~4000 EUR)
- Third place 60 000 CZK (~2,550 EUR)
- Fourth place 50 000 CZK (~2,100 EUR)
- Fifth place 35 000 CZK (~1,470 EUR)
- Sixth place 30 000 CZK (~1260 EUR)
- Seventh place 25 000 CZK (~1,050 EUR)
- Eigth place 20 000 CZK (840 EUR)
Each player is required to tax all tournament winnings.
Tournament system:
- 8 players start in the group, the system is one-on-one. A total of 28 matches will be played in the group. The top four players advance to the semi-finals. There is a 15-minute break after the final match in the group. After the semi-final matches are played, the third place match is played and then finally the final of the tournament. In total, 32 matches will be played in the tournament. Each player will play a minimum of 7 matches (if there is no injury, exclusion of a player, etc.) and a maximum of 9 matches
- The group placement is automatically calculated based on the results of the group matches. The scores of matches, sets and then head-to-head matches if necessary are counted. This means that in case of the same score of matches and sets of two players, the winner of the head-to-head match between the two players advances. In the case of situations where three or more players have identical scores, the results are calculated by a separate table and the results between these three (or more) players.
Fines and penalties:
- The use of mobile phones, tablets and computers in the hall is strictly prohibited. For each violation of this prohibition, the player will be fined a penalty of CZK 2,000. The organizer reserves the right to impose a fine immediately without notice.
- The player is obliged to keep order in the hall, clean up food packaging, water bottles, etc. The player is liable to a fine of CZK 500 for gross violation of this rule.
- At tournaments, a system of yellow cards is introduced for unsportsmanlike behavior, vulgarity, etc. The system is as follows: First yellow card 500 CZK, second yellow card 1,000 CZK, third yellow card 3,000 CZK, fourth yellow card 5,000 CZK and fifth yellow card 7,000 CZK. If five yellow cards are exceeded, the player is automatically eliminated from the entire series
- The player is obliged to confirm his participation in the tournament no later than Friday 12:00 of the previous week, if the deadline is missed, a fine of CZK 1,000 is automatically imposed
Sanctions and fines will be deducted from the player's prize money after the tournament
Every player who participates in the TTSTAR series agrees to these terms
